Dear Interest Chairs,

 

Please send your event information for the November Newsletter to Missy McLaughlin missymcl131@gmail.com and me NFCnewsletter19@gmail.com.

 

Yesterday, at the October Board meeting, we discussed making registering for events fair for all our membership.  Interest Chairs will no longer need to man their site to make sure the “REGISTER NOW” button is open before the newsletter is sent.   To take the burden off the Interest Chairs, either Missy or I, will open all registrations.  Events will be opened right before the newsletter is sent (Newsletters are sent on Wednesdays, prior to the Monthly Membership Luncheon).

 

Our Club/Interest Chairs are now able to sign up for events, in advance, even though they are “Temporarily Unavailable” to the membership.  We are working with Club Express to change advance access to events. As a common courtesy, we ask that Interest Chairs only sign up for your event (and your Hostess if there is one).

 

When we open Events, prior to sending the Newsletter, we will take off any early sign-ups unless you are the Chair/Hostess.
