Get Out. Make New Friends.
Have Fun!

If you’re looking for an opportunity to get out of the house, make new friends and participate in exciting activities, then look no further. New Friends of Carolina (NFC) is what you’ve been looking for. Founded in 1989 as a not- for- profit social club for women, NFC welcomes both new comers to the Carolinas as well as those who have lived here for years.

There’s no need for concern about pressure. You’ll find the members of our club to be both friendly and welcoming. They simply want you to join in the activities and have some fun. There’s something for everyone. For a complete list of activities see INTEREST GROUPS below.Learn More

President's Message

Hey Ya’ll!

I’m always so impressed with the women in this club and what they bring to us with all our varied backgrounds.  Thanks to all the people who have stepped up to carry us forward with our upcoming events.  I’d like to mention a few at this time.   Pauline Trautman is taking on my responsibilities as VP of Membership.  Louise Carter is the new Web Trainer.   Louise is one more person you can rely on for any website questions as well as Missy or me.  We’re all glad to help.   Merry Lee Wheeler and Connie McKay have done an excellent job scouting for our service project this year.   We are happy to announce that we have chosen Bright Beginnings.

Calling all dog lovers !  Barbara Wilson will delight us with her touching stories of Chuck, her therapy dog.  We actually get to meet him along with some of his co-worker dogs as they will greet us outside before our luncheon at Bonefish Grill

We are checking our membership list and will be ready to go to print for the directory very soon.
