Good morning, Friends!
- September 30, 11 am - Caravaggio and Baroque Masterpieces at Mint Museum - If anyone wants to attend this event sign up on the Waitlist and Andrea will get you in. We have some additional spots available. She plans to create a car pool and plan lunch after the events in Uptown Charlotte - TBD.
- Waitlist on all events - If you want to register to attend an event but it is full go ahead and register on the Waitlist. There's a good chance you may be able to attend because others may cancel before the event. AND, if you are next in line, you will receive an email indicating to register directly from that email. You have 12 hours to respond and if you do not, the system will go to the next member on the Waitlist. Make sure your emails from NFC or Club Express are not going to your SPAM or TRASH folder!

A great deal of time and care goes into planning our luncheons, and we want to ensure every event is a great experience for everyone! Before signing up please double-check your calendar to make sure you can make it.
Important Reservation Policies:

Cancellations & Credits: Reservations close one week prior to the event. You may cancel your reservation up until this closing date to receive a credit. Early cancellations also allow members on our Waitlist a chance to attend!

Waitlist Members: If you are on the Waitlist, please check your email frequently, as this is how we will notify you if a spot opens up.

Last-Minute Changes: We know life happens and unexpected illness or emergencies come up. If you are unable to attend at the last minute, please inform me as soon as possible. Simply not showing up without notice leaves a spot empty that another member could have enjoyed. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We look forward to seeing you at our next luncheon!
