Good morning, Friends!
I apologize for another week of lateness of the Monday Message going out to our members. Hopefully Club Express will have the completion of updating the website soon. See message from they at the bottom of this message.
- Better Homes & Gardens - Spring Tea, this Wednesday, June 24 at 1 p.m. If you are attending please advise Sandy Cummings 704-321-0214 what dish you plan to bring to avoid duplicates. Also her neighborhood gate code is #3510.
- Drama Queens - All members registered for the NarroWay dinner & play this Saturday, July 27 will receive a text from Chris Green with additional details and ticket pickup at the venue.
- Evening Mexican Train - the calendar had this as cancelled but Lorna Jacobs has stepped up to host this event in July. See the July calendar.
- Scrabble - This event is taking the summer off. Patty Gotsch will revisit this interest group in September. Stay tuned!
- Monthly Luncheons - As we did last year we are asking for members or groups to plan and schedule a monthly luncheon. We have two months still open - January & June 2027. If you and/or your friends would like to plan and schedule one of these monthly luncheons or want more details, please contact Monica Taft 704-612-3704, mtaft@twc.com
- Membership renewal - This is the month to renew your membership. If you have not renewed yet, please do so by June 30.
- Reminder - July Newsletter just came out, sign ups for NFC July events begin tomorrow, Wednesday June 24 at 9 a.m.
- July Membership luncheon - No luncheon in July. Spend some extra time with your family and/or friends! We'll be back to our monthly luncheons in August.
While our website with Club Express has improved we are still experiencing some delays in access or being unable to send out an E-Blast. Here is the latest update from Club Express.

Dear Club Admin,
I wanted to provide a brief update regarding the ongoing site performance issues. Please know that this remains our highest priority, and our teams continue to actively investigate and address issues as they arise.
We have made meaningful progress since last week and have resolved several underlying issues. While those efforts have improved overall stability, we continue to identify and work through new issues each day as we address the remaining impacts.
Our teams are monitoring site performance closely and dedicating all necessary resources to improving stability and the overall user experience. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue this work.
I will continue to provide updates as soon as I have additional information to share.
