Lots of reminders this week.
- Friends Giving - Thursday, November 13th, Noon - 2:00 pm. The Clubhouse at Heritage South. Please join the social committee to celebrate all the friendships you have made in NFC. Catered meal, $25 per member with a capacity of 60. Registration is now open. Please see the details on the calendar event including the Pie and Cake contest. Members only.
- Second Harvest Food Bank - We still have a few spaces left for volunteer opportunities on October 30th. Please check the calendar for details. Don't forget to bring non perishables to events this month noted on the home page. Brews & Bites, Better Homes & Gardens, Ladies Night Out, Mexican Train, Appetizers with Friends, and the October Luncheon.
- Beginner Canasta - Jessica Peach will be conducting Beginner Canasta classes at her home, the first Tuesday of each month 10:30 - 2:00. Please reach out to Jessica if you are interested in learning Canasta or brushing up on your skills. britishpeach@gmail.com or 704-572-1310.

- Care and Concern - Please keep Sandi Cherrybone in your thoughts and prayers as she recovers from surgery due to a recent fall. Sandi is now in Brightmore Rehabilitation in room 403. If you plan to visit, please call ahead.
