Good Morning,
What a gorgeous day it is. Make sure and take advantage of this beautiful weather. Put your tennis shoes on and go for a walk.
- Last Call for September Luncheon - Last call for registration is this Thursday, September 18th at noon. Any cancellations must also be made to receive a credit on your account. Remember, no takeout meals for those that are not in attendance.
- Care & Concern - Kathy Haines asks for prayers as she undergoes knee replacement surgery today. She does not need a meal train from New Friends of at this time. Pauline Trautman had out patient surgery on her hand.
- October Luncheon - Registration opens Wednesday for all October events. The luncheon is at Angela's Italian Restaurant. Francis Nazzaro will be providing us with the "Sinatra" Experience. This is a tribute show in honor of Frank Sinatra, the man and his music. He will begin his serenade immediately following the president's remarks and continue throughout our luncheon. He may even pull the winning numbers for the 50/50, present the birthday gifts, and close with singing Happy Birthday. Don't forget to register Wednesday.
- Matinee Madams - Friday, September 19th at 1:05 pm. Want to go see Downton Abbey at Stonecrest Regal theaters. Please text Nancy Hunt if you plan to attend @704-488-9523.
- How can I see where I am on the Waitlist? - Please remember, you can now see your position for any event that you have added yourself to the waitlist. Please visit your profile and select history, event history. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and each event will be listed and a number to designate your position on the wailist if you added yourself. You will not see the entire wait list.You will only see your position.
