I have decided that each Monday will be club update day. Since so many Eblasts are currently going out, having one day for Eblasts is a better way to communicate.

If you are an Interest Chair and have any changes for your events or need more registrants for your events, please have that information to me by Sunday evening.  I feel that this is the best way to keep everyone informed. Of course, things happen that need attention sooner, and I will determine that when I receive any information regarding changes.

Our NFC board meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month. If you need the board to discuss anything, please send this information to me before that day.  We are an open board, and if you would like to address the board directly, I will gladly put you on the agenda, but you must let me know beforehand. 

I am sad to tell you that our member Kathy Sleigh lost her husband Mike on Friday morning.  Kathy has only been able to attend a few events since joining our club.  Mike became ill soon after she joined, and she has been faithfully caring for him since then.
