UPDATED NFC CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS

Attention all NFC Members:

The Bylaws Committee has completed the revisions to the Bylaws, and the Board has approved the changes.

A summary of the Bylaw changes and a copy of the updated Bylaws are attached for your review.
Updates/Changes are in Red.

We will be voting on the changes at our monthly membership luncheon on Thursday, February 28th at Raintree Country Club.
